  • wide experience as a senior leader in the University of Edinburgh and the UK and Scottish Governments - involving a mix of strategy, people issues, change and governance
  • leadership development learning - including a Masters in systems psychodynamics and change from INSEAD and Advanced Management Programme, Harvard Business School
  • professional training as an Advanced Practitioner executive coach.

  • executive coaching to senior and high potential leaders who are often at significant points in their development, considering how best to develop leadership and impact within current or potential future roles; and
  • tailored leadership development programmes focused on strengthening leadership connectivity, capacity and emotional awareness across extended senior leadership teams.

Based in Edinburgh, I work with clients nationally and internationally across public, higher education, not-for-profit and private sectors.
